I'm a consultant, strategist, and writer with over 20 years of experience across hospitality, business operations, marketing, and customer experience.
My career has taken me from managing restaurants and teaching wine education to helping businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs build better systems, communicate effectively, and bring ambitious projects to life.
